Amanda Timonere has served in the field of Addictions and Mental Health since 2010. Originally from New Rochelle, New York, she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree of Arts in Forensic Psychology with a minor in Counseling from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City and holds a Dual Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy from Barry University.

In addition to providing therapy at several treatment centers in South Florida, Amanda has experience as a Program Manager at a residential treatment center for adults with mental illness in New York and has been involved with a Community Mental Health Center in South Florida as a Forensic Case Manager with adults suffering from mental illness, criminal involvement and drug use. She is also a certified Reiki practitioner; gifted in the teaching of meditation. Amanda attempts to inspire clients to believe “You, yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection.”
